Direct Marketing & Sales - Business Development Managers

Proactiv specialise in their own unique marketing products. I am one of the leading sales trainers in the UK. I have been training & developing want to be sales professionals for the last 30 years.

I am looking to build a brand new work from home team of telemarketers & Business Development Managers. – Full time (40 hours) & part time opportunities (20 hours) - Monday to Friday.

I teach a sales process (20%) which gives people a structure, helps with efficiency, consistency & helps build confidence so you can sell yourself (80%). So I am looking for motivated people, with great listening skills, an enthusiastic telephone manner, a very positive attitude & the desire to keep improving regardless of your current skill set. As a trainer/mentor, it is paramount my team are keen to learn and improve. If you buy into the daily development your results will keep improving & If you are improving & achieving the minimum standard, you have a permanent opportunity.


The role initially will be booking appointments to be carried out remotely. Once competent in the role (typically 2 to 4 weeks) you will have an opportunity to book your own appointments and receive additional commission. If you excel in the sales we will supply you with leads. Coaching & management opportunities for the extra ambitious will be available as we expand.

4 to 8 hours per day Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate guaranteed for up to 3 months.

O.T.E once fully trained & working performance related - $50,000+
