Digital Marketing - Creation and On-Going Management

I have recently re-branded my recruitment agency and I am looking for somebody to manage the full digital marketing and lead generation of the company.

The website is created through a website building company and is very much a 'read only' site at the moment. I will need somebody to start from the roots up -

Set the social media up
Create and manage social media content
Create lead magnets - ebooks, papers, etc
SEO
E-mail capture and marketing
Video series
ETC
