Data Collection for property Lead Generation

Hello, my company is looking for someone who is able to create two spreadsheets for lead generation and data collection purposes. The Excel spreadsheet must be in a particular format to suit our needs (If you message me I can email you the template spreadsheet for you to fill in). I would like at least 300 different properties and they must meet this criteria.

I would like to target houses that;

-Are within these post codes within South Wales UK CF47 & CF48 Merthyr Tydfil and NP4 Pontypool. Once happy with the results we can expand our search to more areas.

Spreadsheet 1 -I would like a database of properties that are both for sale and for Let/Rent.

Spreadsheet 2 -For sale properties that have been on the market for over 6 months

- All properties for sale must be between £40,000 and £100,000

It will be best to search for properties on www.Rightmove.co.uk for both sales and let and also check www.openrent.co.uk to see if the properties are let. It is also a good idea to search for properties on www.gumtree.com.

If you are unable to find the property addresses, I will be able to teach you how to do this if you ask.

I am happy to show you if you are not sure how to do any of these tasks. We will be checking all data to ensure that the criteria is adhered to, please only submit data that is relevant.
