Customer Service and Telemarketing - US EST afternoons

We are an award winning provider of business communications products. We sell our products via a network of business resellers.

We are expanding into the US market and have developed a database of prospects. We want to keep in touch with these prospects by calling them every month. We also need to continue to build the database.

We are looking for someone who has call centre, customer service or telemarketing experence to join our team on a part time basis. Working hours are 1300 - 1700 Monday - Friday (25 hours per week).

We will provide soft phone (similar to Skype) and all call charges will be billed directly to us. We can record all calls on our system for quality and training purposes.

We need a provider with a US accent as we find that US accent works best for US business to business calls.

For the right provider this could get extended indefinitely.

At this stage, please bid for 50 hours as a 2 week trial.
