Contact many clients by email and phone

Our business has a data base of a few thousand clients who bought once, but never again. We want to contact these clients by email and phone to tempt them back into regular buying. Also, we have a list of loads of clients who have registered, but not bought.

The job can be done in your own time at a pace that suits you ( although we want to get on with it ! :)

you would access our database online and use an account in Salesforce.com to manage your work.
