Cold calling/Mailshot follow up

Hi ,

My names Sam, and my company FloorFab is based in the South East of England, around the Sussex, Surrey and London areas.

We are a small and ever growing company that provide specialist floor cleaning residentially and commercially.

I am looking to gain more commercial clients, so I have recently sent out over 1000 high quality A4 brochures and brief covering letters to targeted venues in London , Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.
These are mainly 5 star hotels, private schools, conference centres etc.

My main aim is to win more and more commercial work, but being such a competitive market I need to make sure I'm as efficient as possible when ticking people off the contact list and leaving nothing to chance.

I have been compiling a basic document as I go, with simply the company name and address (no phone numbers yet, but I can google these all if needed)

What I'm after is someone to work through the list, and try to make contact with the House Keeping manager (Hotels) Facilities Manager etc to arrange a face to face meeting, and possible free trial.
