Cold calling

I am a director of a dairy delivery company who deliver milk and dairy goods ( milk, bread, eggs, yogurts and cheese ) to semi retail establishments for example care homes and Nursing home.

I am looking for an experienced telesales person to contact the care homes, ideally the owner, manager or the chef and find out who their current supplier is and what they pay and could we qoute for them, ideally you would try and find out what they are currently paying on invoice or book an appointment if they wish to change supplier, if we are successful in taking on a new account we would look to pay commission on top .
