developers to ambitious scale-ups, digital agencies, and startups. Based in Poland, we help
innovative companies strengthen their engineering teams with top-tier talent from Eastern
Europe.
About the role
As part of our growth in the UK market, we’re looking for a freelance, part-time Cold Caller to
reach out to targeted leads and initiate first contact with potential clients.
Your responsibilities
● Call a targeted list of B2B prospects (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, COOs, etc.)
● Deliver a short pitch about ITSharkz and the services we offer (developer staffing, team
extensions, tech migrations, etc.)
● Identify potential needs and generate interest in scheduling a first discovery call
● Keep lead data updated in our CRM (HubSpot)
● Collaborate with our business team to ensure proper follow-up
Your profile
● Proven experience in B2B cold calling (ideally in IT, tech, or digital services)
● Native or fluent English speaker
● Confident speaking with C-level decision-makers
● Self-driven, persistent, and results-oriented
● Freelance status and based in the UK
● Experience in recruitment or IT is a plus
Mission details
● Working hours: 15–20 hours per week
● Location: Fully remote
● Contract type: Freelance only
● Start date: ASAP
● Compensation: Hourly or fixed rate + bonus per qualified call booked (depending on
experience)
