Experience Level: Intermediate
We are a provider of HR Support Services to small and medium sized businesses. Typically our customers don’t have an HR department of their own, are small businesses (less than 50 employees) and employ our services as their outsourced HR function.
We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire and growing our business through building close personal relationships with other local businesses through providing quality hands-on, expert HR support and advice. This is a key point of difference between our approach and those of aggressive, call centre model HR insurance companies.
We are currently undertaking a direct, lead generating marketing campaign (primarily via email) to target businesses. Initially (as a pilot) we are looking for a telemarketing resource to follow up contacts who have opened or clicked on the links in the email to:
- Establish any further interest in HR support issues
- Open the door to a follow up call from our HR consultant to discuss further
The full, named contact list will be provided with most contacts including telephone numbers (there may be some requirement to search for telephone numbers as part of the project). We estimate the number of contacts to be in the region of 350-400 initially.
If the pilot proves successful we would anticipate using telemarketing as a regular follow up to all marketing campaigns.
We would welcome proposals from experienced business to business consultative telemarketing professionals with an indication of timescales required and cost for the initial project.
