We are seeking a professional Appointment Setter to support our sales team on a short-term basis. This role focuses on contacting potential clients, qualifying interest, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients provided or identified through internal research
Engage with decision-makers to schedule meetings for sales representatives
Follow up with contacts to confirm appointments and respond to inquiries
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth scheduling process
Handle objections professionally while maintaining clear and respectful communication
