PR & Marketing Manager for Restaurants

Hi,

We are looking for a Marketing & PR expert who can lead the Marketing & PR campaign for various restaurant launches in the coming year across the UK.

(There will also be requirements for ongoing marketing and PR for our existing restaurants which we can discuss in the future)


In particular, our next restaurant launch is planned for August 2022 and we expect the project to include some of the following aspects:


PR:
• PR Outreach in local press, including:
o Campaign led pieces
o Media alerts
• Campaign Planning
• Influencer & journalist outreach/events
• Event management (where possible)
• Building Media relations with local press & influencers
• Recruiting suitable local brand ambassadors
• Re-purposing content into blogs, guides, social media posts etc.
• Track KPIs and ROI of campaigns – e.g. audience reach, influencer interaction, social engagement, backlinks etc.

Marketing:
• Generating comprehensive pre & post-launch marketing plans to help generate mass awareness and increase sales
• Execute marketing plans
• Track KPIs and ROI of campaigns

Different Marketing types to include:
• OOH & Guerrilla Marketing – Billboards, Transport Marketing, Flyers, Radio etc. for mass awareness
• Buzz Marketing - leverages refreshingly creative content, interactive events, and community influencers to generate word-of-mouth marketing
• Tourism Marketing
• Local marketing – local business partnerships, local guides and directories, local networking / social groups, charity partnerships etc
• Social Media campaigns – planning social media campaigns with Head Office

This will be on a project-by-project basis for all new store launches. There is the possibility for a monthly retainer in the future for ongoing marketing/PR activities for the right partner.
