One day site evaluation and social media recommendations

have just launched our first release of a virtual office for freelancers and people working from home, trying to give our community a feeling of office life, and have functions such as chat, news and blog, and one thing we have that is nice is on the task function that allows people to add in others to tasks and goals. This allows others to give advice, encouragement, push, kind of like a virtual boss :-)

Since we are new at this, would like an expert to spend a day to advise on if we ought to change wording on the site (I did the first cut), as well as write up a summary of what they think is the best social networking/media strategy we should use.
