Need Adwords keyword research done to find best keywords to target

Client wants to expand into adwords.. They have a list of keywords they want to service but need to find out which ones have enough traffic to target (monthly searches). They work in the Natrual health space on a local level.

I need someone do take the list of keywords and tell us which ones have the best strategic roi .. Once determined then we will need their adwords account set up and monthly campaign managed.
