our project is a smart purchasing platform, we offer a solution for small and average restaurants with 3 aspects:
1. purchase management
2. Supplier relationship management
3. Daily production management
overview of what is marketing plan:
a document that describes your advertising and marketing efforts for the coming year; it includes a statement of the marketing situation, a discussion of target markets and company positioning and a description of the marketing mix you intend to use to reach your marketing goals.
any company needs a marketing plan includes the following steps:
1. Situation Analysis:to explain with an overview of what is the current situation of the company, how the company can improve its position during the following months, what are the products and services offered by the company, what are the advantages of my company, why it is the best, whome my competitors.
2. Target Audience: in this section we are looking for my clients, consumers,ages, nationalities.
3. The company targets: targets must be realistic, to provide services to customers easily, the company's goals, such as increasing profit in the second quarter of this year, to provide for customers.
4. strategies and tactics of the company, what are the strategies of my company, the company's goal to increase profit, not just sales, what are the two strategies to increase profit.
Analysis of the company's position through SWOT:
The development of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
What are the strengths of my company and what makes them unique?
What are the weaknesses that reduce the chances of profit for the company.
What threatens my company, competitors, ill-treated, employees are unable to work due to the environment or any reasoned thwart them.
