Marketing Assistant

We are looking to work with a reliable Marketing Assistant to help support our digital marketing agency.

The agency continues to grow and we require a talented and reliable Marketing assistant to manage day to day tasks to allow us to focus on business development.

Initially, we will be looking for 5-10 hours per week but more hours are available for the right candidate.
Duties will include, but not limited too:

• Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information
• Deliver reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations
• Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc. This can be completed in Canva, experience in Adobe suite an advantage.
• Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, website content, and other promotional materials
• Helps maintain social media accounts for clients by researching topics, designing and writing engaging posts, designing infographics
• Enter marketing data into spreadsheets and helps to create data and financial reports
• Managing client websites, making new pages, updating content. Experience in WordPress and Wix platforms desirable.
• Keep client information confidential

We’re looking to work with someone we can really trust on an on-going basis. You will need to explain your experience and interest in marketing.

Ideally, you will have experience in the following areas:
Social media, email marketing, design, copywriting, reporting, website management, Canva, WordPress.

Training can be provided for the right candidate if you lack experience in some areas and pose dedication to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their experience within marketing and to work alongside experienced marketers.
