Market research - explore competitor websites and identify costs and features.

We need someone to carry out some market research on our behalf. You will be provided with a list of our competitors, and links to their websites. A spreadsheet lists out a set of features and you will try to identify whether the competitors product provides those features or not. You will also check out the cost of their system and rank their website as a score out of ten. You will add some description notes about the product and the service.

The spreadsheet with the features and the full competitor list is attached. The first couple of entries have been filled in to give you a start.

Our product is a web based system that processes subcontractor invoices for construction contractors. A full description of the system is given on our website: www.paycloud.co.uk
It makes sense to make yourself fully familiar with the product and service before starting the work.

If the information is not apparent on the competitors website then you will need to email them to request information. You can use my email address and details to fill in the form, which I will give to the successful bidder.
