I need a catchphrase/tagline for a real estate agency in Spain that:
• works in English and Spanish (preferably also German, French, Russian, Polish etc.)
• is short and memorable i.e. no more than a few words
• is unique and communicates the brand essence
• works for all target audiences
• works across all media Platforms and,
is compelling.
BACKGROUND:
• The agency is a small real estate agency, established 3 years ago, specialising in the Costa Blanca region of Spain. It was founded on the idea of providing a unique and superior service experience in Spanish real estate market.
• Traditionally, perceptions of real estate agencies in Spain have been tainted by those who provided poor service or, even worse, by those who have defrauded customers.
OBJECTIVES:
• This real estate agency has just finalised its brand positioning and now needs to raise awareness for the brand and differentiate the brand in a crowded market.
• A short catchphrase will form part of all communications and be a single, linking, common factor.
