I need a marketing director for a new product launch

I am launching a new software as a service but need some help on the marketing side of things. The software is up and running. However, we only have a logo and basic landing page so far. Required applicants must be fantastic at copywriting effective sales ads as well as possessing other general marketing talents. I'm also looking for someone who can dedicate a minimum of 20-30 working hours on this project.

I would like to accomplish with this project;
1. Research our app, how it works and the features (It's a simple app, roughly 2-3 hours)
2. Research competitors, sales strategies, etc. (3-4 hours)
3. Develop and refine primary selling points (4-6 hours)
4. Create wordpress website, produce sales copy & procure images (6-8 hours)
5. produce 2-Adwords & 2-social ads (2-3 hours)
6. produce 4 banner ads (2-3 hours)

I am in search of a long term partner who can handle all marketing requirements (ongoing SEO, occasional marketing projects, etc.) to help me grow this new business to new heights. If we work well together on this initial launch project we can discuss taking it further with ongoing support.
