We came across Padmalya when we were looking for a designer.
She designed the website and after that, she also claimed to be a developer.
She has no skill set in developing a website and it is not mentioned her page as well but we ordered her to develop the website (Maybe here we made a mistake of trusting her without validating her credentials).

After spending two months of time, We realized that she has falsely claimed to be a developer and committed fraud.

Above all, her working style was strange. She any time used to simply say that she forgot the password and easily halt the project for next two days (I don't know if password recovery takes two days in the twenty-first century). I every day forget and recover password in not more than five minutes

She can also simply say that she will get back in half an hour and will put you wait for next seven hours. All the messages are time stamped.

Finally we decided to discontinue with her and during the whole association with her, we had to bear loss of more than a million dollars in terms of revenue loss due to delayed project and opportunity cost of team members based in USA and India.

It is the fraud committed by such people which are tarnishing the image of India at a global level.

I would request people to validate her credentials before making any order related to web development.
