Google Adwords Campaign

I have a Google Adwords account and a campaign that has been set up for me but I am not getting the results I had hoped for and would like to see if the results can be improved. I need someone to look at the account and see if any improvements can be made. I did have someone managing this for me and we left it that it was set at the best number of signups for the lowest monthly spend, after playing around with a few different things over a few months but recently the ads have not been converting so I would like to see what has gone wrong and what can be improved.
