Google addwords campaigns manger

we would like someone to Manage and improve our existing Google addwords campaigns, which will involve;

> Increasing the impressions
> Adding negative keywords
> Removing repetitive keywords
> Reducing click costs
> Keyword research optimization
> And all other relevant requirements to get more leads

We have one campaign with 2 add groups with approximately 100 keywords across the groups.


This project is for us to maximize our return on investment on all of our Google AdWords spend . We will determine the measurement of the success of Google AdWords in the number of leads generated; a lead is a completed inquiry form or a call. this would have to be for 1 months, and if we are happy with the outcome we will continue on a month to month basis
