Excel and Word Quotation Template

We currently use excel and word to produce heating system quotations. All info is entered manually such as system size, boiler size, heat demand of the building and a number of other variables. We are looking for a system that we can input the figures into which then does the calculations and we can export to a word document. This could be in excel or a web based platform.
