Communication strategy for a wellbeing website

I require a communication strategy for my website, which is soon to launch. I sell CBD and other products derived from hemp. These include skincare, oils, edibles, capsules and sprays. I would like to work with someone who has relevant experience in writing a communications strategy for a health and wellbeing brand and can also develop promotional and after-sales follow-up emails. I will need the communication strategy both developed and implemented. I will need to see a portfolio of works and have a telephone discussion with potential candidates so we can mutually agree about working together on this project.
