Conference Stand Artwork – Urgent Design Support Needed

We’re exhibiting at an upcoming conference and need a designer to create two pieces of artwork: one for the back wall of our stand and one for the front-facing counter pedestal.

We already have our logo and know what we’d like to include—this will be a clean, simple branding design with minimal content.

Back Wall Panel

Bleed Size: 976 x 2366 mm
Cut Size: 970 x 2360 mm
Visual Area: 950 x 2340 mm
Counter Pedestal Panel

Bleed Size: 1090 x 886 mm
Cut Size: 1084 x 880 mm
Visual Area: 1064 x 860 mm

Final Files Required In:
Adobe Creative Cloud formats (InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop)
All open files must include high-res assets and outlined or embedded fonts
We’ll provide all content, brand colours, and layout guidance.

Deadline: COB 22/05/2025 – so we’re looking for someone who can jump in quickly.
