I am seeking a marketing assistant for a temp to perm role in my business. We are a well established audio brand operating in the top of the luxury high end audio market. The brand is synonymous with advanced materials technology, innovation and manufacturing of the products from start to finish in house under one roof.
The Role.
We have a need to crate consistent content for our website blog, Instagram, Facebook, MailChimp, YouTube Channel and also grow our LinkedIn. The right candidate will posses a range of skills from content writing, branding, graphic design, social media management, video editing. The candidate must be able to grasp and understand the unique selling points of the brand, so an understanding of technology, materials science, but also luxury branding and storytelling is a must. Examples will be sought within your CV and covering letter. In addition, we will expect the candidate to outline key performance indicators, across google analytics, facebook, instagram, MailChimp and YouTube metrics and then report on these bi-monthly to begin with.
Initial Agreement
We are looking to secure someone to work on this part time. 2-days a week initially. The working hours are flexible, allowing this to fit in and compliment existing work commitments. But the total allocation of 16-working hours needs to be completed within a 4-day period so that there is consistent output on our social channels and blog that is being scheduled and created each week from the company. We are a UK based business, but we sell products globally and our content therefore needs to reach audiences in the GMT timezone, but also be directed at and engage with audiences in the USA and China.
This is a perfect role for a candidate that is looking to gain experience in working with a luxury brand, building a marketing and social media platform from almost zero. The role has the potential for a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom if the candidate can prove value. Progression to full time with full time salary and growth within that are considerable.
