Develop and manage marketing processes

I am looking for an individual (not an agency) who will work with me for a few hours a week to develop and manage marketing processes. B2B marketing experience is essential. I am an executive coach and consultant and have been running my business for over 22 years. I have a number of marketing streams that bring in leads. I also have an active social media presence. the purpose of this role is to monitor what is working/not working in my marketing activity, work with me to identify next steps/refinements, and implement these steps. Activities will include replying to people who respond to my emails, calling people who miss planned calls to re-engage them, working out my marketing and sales process, identifying useful sales materials, planning and implementing sales campaigns.
