Poster design & templates for use on social media & mailchimp

I would like some help with some design for my shiatsu (hands on therapy) promotion.

Please quote for the assets/work listed:
- 2-3 poster designs for print (hardcopy) and digital use
- design help to set up a newsletter in mail chimp - I need help with the template set up and template header (if this is possible)
- 2-3 digital banner / templates for images or promo on social media that utilise the colours of previous designs (though this is open to creative input if it feels in line with the business branding).

I have a very basic logo and and jpeg flower image that i used for a Canva leaflet design. These have been used on PPH by another designer to create a business card and standing banner (pdfs available). I have a website www.houseofzenshen.co.uk that I'm currently updating, Facebook page: zenshen shiatsu & yoga and photographs to help with the design.
