Marketing review and guidance/consultation

I am looking for someone from a marketing/Branding background to do a complete review of my company (an estate agency, only a small firm) to look at our business from all angles and a consultation to work out what we are doing well, what we aren’t, what we need to improve on and guidance on branding to.

It may lead to a ongoing consultancy support role but for now would be made up of 2 parts, review and consultation.
