Brand refresh for a new fitness/wellness platform

I am looking to create a modern brand refresh for a health assessment platform that gives a health "credit score" to gym members. The current branding is very dated and so I'm looking for someone who is experienced in designing and developing brands.

Attached is a full brief however the deliverables are:

Logo in various formats (AI, EPS, PNG, JPG).
Colour palette specifications.
Typography guidelines.
Brand guidelines document.
Sample applications (e.g.website mockup, social media templates).
