All round media partnership long term

Hi There,

I am looking for someone well versed in as many skills as possible to grow my personal brand, company brand and podcast brand to the ground investigation/ground engineering industry to eventually capitalise financially on this.

I run a recruitment company placing contract and permanent staff in the ground ingestion and ground engineering industry within the UK exclusively. I would like to branch out to certain places around the globe where geotechnical engineering is renowned such as Australia, Canada and New Zealand, but that is for later.

At the moment I am concentrating solely on the UK market.

I have a Linkedin profile with just over 10,000 connections with Facebook and Twitter etc only a few to mention at the moment. I have started the Ground Investigation Podcast which is getting good reviews and traction within the industry.

I am looking to grow the audience of my personal brand, the recruitment company I run and also The Ground Investigation Podcast which I host and own. I want to do this for future revenue. There are some companies/publications that do something towards this - please see all links at the base of this message. They charge money for company advertisements within this space.

What I am looking for is someone to edit the GI Podcast and post on as many platforms as makes sense for growth, and build my personal brand and the recruitment company also. This will include editing the podcast, creating snippets for each social media channel and marketing via Mailchimp/email or something similar in order to do this.

I would also like to create a monthly magazine that will be mostly digital for all of my tribe. This will enable me to eventually charge for advertisement and thus create revenue. I am not fussed about making money out of this to start, but I certainly will be over a period of time.

If you have skills in photography, podcast editing, copywriting skills, illustration, marketing, video editing (with the view of putting onto Youtube etc), sound snippets, and video edits/clips to put into all social media platforms that will help me get to where I want social media, filmography and brand strategy then please get in touch detailing your experience and exactly what you can do and how to see us working together.

I can't imagine someone doesn't have all these skills but a hearing to learn and grow will be considered.
