Legal contract

Hi,

I run a marketing company and when we start a campaign with our clients we get them to sign a 12 month contract with a 6 month break clause.

Can someone check the contract I am currently using and edit it appropriately so it is legally binding.

I will need 2 contracts I think; one where they will sign the contract using a pen and another where they will be signing it electronically.

You must be based in the UK to do this job.
