Lead Generation/appointment setting with prospective new clients

I am looking for an lead generator/appointment maker with potential new clients as I look to expand my business. Ongoing 4-6 month project dependant on results

We are an independent print management company. There is no hard sell to clients, initial meeting is to discuss their current print requirements to see if we can help saving time and costs for them

Following up on a printed mailer that is sent to companies:

- Contact new leads from targeted business data (approx. 120 companies a week, 2 weeks a month) – if contact on database isn’t the correct person/not available, to try and get to the head of marketing and email the e version of the mailer to them.
- Book Appointments in for me
- Record the results (email addresses of people who request the e version)

All data and a script for guidance is provided, plus a PDF of the mailer (attached to this invitation)

Calls to be made late morning/mid afternoon, Mon – Thurs, with feedback supplied on Friday PM

I am flexible with your other projects as long as my project is serviced.

Essential - access to a PC with Excel, own phone.
