Joomla site needs moving to a windows server

I am currently developing a site in Joomla! and the server it's moving to is a Windows server rather than Linux, I believe this is possible to achieve, although personally I have no idea how. If anyone has a knowledge of running a PHP site on a windows server I would be grateful and the price is not set in stone, so it may be possible to increase if necessary. I would like to make sure it's functional and would appreciate the use of a windows server to test...
