Joomla Expert required to collaborate with a graphic designer to produce a website

We need a Joomal expert to collaborate directly with a graphic designer ( we already have one ) in order to build a Joomla website based on the design templates produced. The graphic designer will provide all the page templates , PSD 's and content and you will be tasked with transforming those designs into a functional website. We do not have joomla theme and are unsure if we require one so please advise if this is a prerequisite. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE MANY PROJECTS RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME as we need a developer who is available to communicate at the drop of a hat. We need someone who fully understands the Joomla platform . The bid amount covers EVERYTHING regarding the build and development of the site, that also includes any 3rd party components so please be aware of that before bidding. The graphic designer will be working on a style similar to that of a windows 8 look. As a reference to what we would like to achieve please visit

* A search facility where you can search by location ( like zoopla for example ) but targeted at our industry
* A live chat integration
* Subscription email lists & newsletter
* Responsive build
* eCommerce page

Our designer should have the website page templates complete by the 26th July . This is when the work should commence , we have calculated 3 weeks or 60 max for the build including testing and launch.
