I would like to have the content created for a factsheet "Condensation"

I would like to create a series of "fact sheets" (starting with condensation) to be used by our housing associaiton and other clients, also placed on our website. I have the pictures, and can get them designed, however would like someone to "create" the content - I will provide the sources of information that I would like it based on (information from our governing body) - and give a general spec on who will be reading it, most likley be no bigger than 1-2 A4 sides WITH pictures and other "boxes". I am looking for something well written/detailed/flows well/informative/professional sounding - also create a template for other fact sheets for our services offered.
