I need an attractive courier booking website created

I would like a very attractive, yet simple and functional website created for courier bookings.

I'm not tech savvy, and not sure about what web category this falls under, but I have listed this under PHP because I'm looking for a functional website I can manage.

Features: Front-end users should be able to book courier collections and input details of the parcel parameters (height, weight), and at the back end, we receive orders at and allocate these to suited drivers.

We would like a simple, yet beautiful and effective system, and would particularly welcome bids from people who have worked on similar projects in the past.
