I need a Partnership Agreement Contract

I need urgently a Partnership Agreement Contract for a one-off business partnership between myself and another individual, a European, non-UK resident.

The partnership is a temporary one lasting only the duration of the business, about 6 - 8 months with each partner making specific contributions towards the partnership and benefiting an agreed proportion of the profit made.

I need the contract to be very simple covering only the essential information. I have an idea of which information I expect to include but I'll be relying on your professional guidance for ALL information that must be included.

This is an urgent requirement and I'm looking to have this done by end of day Monday.
