Google analytics/webmaster tools

I'm looking for an expert in Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics who can take a look at my account to analyse it and clean it up a little.

I need somebody who after looking at my account can take some action and clearly explain to me the state of my account and the best action to take for the future.

It is very important that I understand what is being done, so therefore the person I choose will have excellent English skills and be very easily understood and good at explaining technical issues in non tech language!

Please do not bid if your English is not perfect as you'll only be wasting both your time and mine.
