Finish Partially-Complete Custom WordPress Theme

We started on a custom WordPress theme back in January and the client put it project on hold. They are now ready to complete the project. Most of the hard work has been done. I will need: 2 more page templates developed, integrate widgetized sidebar(s), integrate custom menus and create custom posts for image rotator on home page.
