Existing website - makeover and edits

I am currently in planning and development with a view to launch a homewares / decorative accessories e-commerce business.
I have an existing website, which is not live yet, which is hosted by EKM Powershop but I am needing some layout and design changes:
1) Homepage: Currently central visual is constant rotating with several photos. Replace with single fixed/static photo.
2) Top of page: upsize/ update the Facebook, Pinterest, Mailbox and Tumblr logos (want the 4 logos/ buttons in a row )
3) Existing background - gradual fade from top to bottom
4) Left hand side: Add one sidebar visual below MY ACCOUNT (as per right hand side visuals in boxes)
5) Left hand side: Add ‘ join us on Facebook’ / Facebook plugin below new visual

I am looking to have the tweaks completed by latest the end of June. I have attached two screen shots of the website (in its rough state) to give you an idea.
