Email Blast Template Design

We are looking for a number of email blast templates and newsletters to be created for our IT news websites. The idea being that once these are created an amateur will be able to use them for future promotions.

We are looking to get this project started ASAP and have a number of other design projects planned in the next couple of months.

We would prefer someone with experience in this area and examples of your work are essential.
