ECommerce Procurement

We're a growing eCommerce store and now need a part time procurement manager to take responsibility of buying and managing stock, including:

- Checking stock levels are correct between warehousing & billing systems
- Raising supplier purchase orders
- Getting better prices from suppliers
- Managing the goods in process from purchase order, delivery to warehouse receipt
- Setting up new suppliers in our system along with getting good credit terms etc.
- Managing return of customer returned goods to suppliers for credit

We have just a handful of key suppliers (no more than 6) so the job should be a good part time role for someone with buying experience.
