Ebay Store & template design- jewellery store

First of all please do only quote if you can provide some references to previous work. Either standalone websites or ebay stores.

I require a listing template designing as well as the store. A logo has already been designed although can be changed slightly if necessary). There are also some feature shots of jewellery that can be used. The current product range is mainly stainless steel jewellery and is about 50% mens 50% womens.

I want a fairly clean modern design, mainly on a white background.

The ebay listing template will include at least the following elements:

1/ Store header (logo, promotional info such as FREE P&P, 30 days returns)
2/ Product image and description
3/ Links to other product categories (as designed images with example products)
4/ Terms and conditions info etc
5/ Preferably a search box somewhere to search the store directly from a listing

The store must have the following:

1/ Logo and basic info in header
2/ Search enabled in header
3/ Top levels categories displayed with images. The category images would each use an example product from the range of jewellery on sale.

Preferably the designer will have a good track record with previous ebay store designs so knows what works and what doesn't. Any suggestions as to widgets/ tools to make the overall ebay experience better for customers would be great.
