GTM and GA4 enhanced Ecommerce configuration for Hotel group

Hello.
We manage a hotel group with a website that showcases the hotel properties, there are 7 of these properties. They are on the same url with subfolders i.e. hotelwebsite/hotel1, hotelwebsite/hotel2. The booking engine is on an external site but we have cross domain tracking. The transactions happen on the external website and we want to be able to view the transactions steps in a funnel with these steps:
- hotel booking button - add to cart action - happens on hotel url
- selected a room on booking engine - initiate purchase - happens on booking engine
- click on book on booking engine and shows thank you page - purchase completed - happens on booking engine.
This is the funnel. We want to be able to show the individual information on 7 report filters, one per hotel.
The Ecommerce metrics should be displayed in a general fashion on the main GT4 page, and the hotel specific transactions shown on the filtered reports (7).
The data necessary for this exists on the datalayer and is being displayed on the regular GA, however we want to migrate and perfect it since there are misconfigurations on the existing set up.
