Custom Video Player - View Tracking into Google Analytics 3

We are seeking someone to help with configuring up our Google Analytics 3 account with tracking against our video player (video.js) embedded within our website.

The project should deliver tracking for:
- Video Play - Unique User
- Video Play - Existing User
- Video Play - Country
- Video Play - City
- Video Play - Platform, Device, Browser, Resolution
- Video Play - Host Page Name and URL
- Video Play - Date/Time
- Video Play Duration (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 90%, 100%)
- Video Play - Full Screen / Window (Optional)
- Video Play - Average Bit rate (Optional)

An additional follow up piece of work is also available to be quoted for to move our estate from GA 3 to GA4.
