Whiteboard animated video

Hello! We're looking to put out a promotional video for a new service we're in the process of launching next year. The animation video preferably should have bullet points and a few animated drawings of a couple of characters (we'll provide more details on that as well) in motion if possible.
There's the question about the length of the video and number of words. What's the possibility of a 200 to 400 word video and cost?
