NHS videos series - 2D animation with live action

We are producing 5 videos for the NHS which highlight the strange reasons people go to A&E. Each video is about 7-10 seconds long and are mix of live action and 2D cartoon animation.

Drinking dirty water (animation of dirty water being drunk)
Hangover (stars around the person head)
insect bite (bee stings person)
cat scratch
hysterical laughter (laughter bubbles)

You will need to motion track as it being shot as if on a mobile phone although we will be using a Canon 5D to shoot the footage. We need a fast turnaround for the press launch next week.
