I need a custom animatied video.

I need a customized animation video. I have the script and the storyboard of the video ready.

My Video length should be 1minutes and 30 seconds, as I mentioned before the script and the storyboard of the video is ready, I still need the video and the voice over.

My maximum budget is 400$ for the 1 minute and half video, I also attached the Video script.
