I need a 90 second explainer video for a restroom hygiene product

Hello. I need an explainer video for a client within 4 weeks time. The product is a small kit containing the 4 most essential items needed when using a unsanitary or inadequate public restroom. The product just went thru a packaging makeover and they need an exciting video that helps explain what they product does. We will use this video on their website, on their social media pages and in other communications materials. We need custom video....NOT A TEMPLATE VIDEO!! We already have an approved script and will need the following:
Storyboarding
Vector Illustrations
Creative Character Designing
Sound Effects / Background Music
1080p Full HD Resolution

Would like to have US voice over, but not required.

I'm looking for a good communicator who is creative and willing to do CUSTOM animations. I must see video examples in your portfolio.
