Create 20 sec marketing video from still images (After Effects)

I'm looking to get a short video made, I would like it to use stock backgrounds with my product inserted into the background. I've seen a competitor's video and presume these stock backgrounds are readily available (preferably with a little motion).

It wouldn't require any audio but would require some animated text overlaid on each background/section (I'd say we need 4 backgrounds), then a 'closing' screen with our product, logo and a few other graphics.
There's no rush but I'd be looking for it to be finished by September 10th.
